VirtualBox: Installation von Betriebssystemen

Liebes Forum,
VirtualBox 5.0.6 äuft bei mir hervorragend. Aber es gelingt mir nicht ein Betriebssysstem zu installieren, hier Windows 7. Die Fehlermeldung im Anhang.
Ich habe dann die Extensions installiert. Das Ergebnis war, die Installation unde Deinstallation brachte ArcaOS 5.0.7 zum Absturz. Was kann ich tun?

Ob Google abschließend hilft oder nicht, kann ich nicht sagen: zum Beispiel suchen nach dem Return-Code "VERR_HM_IPE_1" Irgendwer meinte, man sollte im BIOS "Virtualization" eingeschaltet haben. Weiter hab ich nichts gesucht...

Ich habe dann die Extensions installiert.

Sicherheitshalber zurückgefragt: Welche genau? Man darf zu VBox nicht verwechseln "extensions" (= "extension-pack", mit nicht-open-source-Lizenzen, werden auf dem Host passend zur VBox-Version hinzuinstalliert) mit "Gasterweiterungen". Erstere spielen in einer VBox-OS/2-Fassung wohl keine Rolle(?), letztere werden erst ins fertige Gast-System installiert. Schlimmstenfalls hast Du Dir mit unpassenden (Guest-)Additions einiges im ArcaOS-Host unnötig oder falsch geändert(?).

Noch eine Idee: Bevor mit immerhin gefräßigem Win7 als Gast beginnen, mal kleiner anfangen etwa mit einem CD-Knoppix oder Live-FreeDOS, nur um zu sehen ob's grundsätzlich gelingt, notfalls deren ISO auf CD brennen und als "optisches Hostlaufwerk" einlegen...
